Looking for a way to improve your brain health and reduce stress? Try theatre improv! This class will exercise your brain in a fun and engaging environment. Through group activities and discussions, you will share your perspectives with others, develop deep concentration and observation skills, and explore your imagination. Drop-ins are welcome and no experience is required!
Courses are pay what you wish/FREE and open to adults (18 years and older).
